GVC Places its Bet on OneTrust Privacy Management Software

GVC Group, one of the world’s largest sports betting and gaming operators across 20 jurisdictions, needed to manage GDPR, CCPA and 120+ other regulations while embedding privacy across departments and projects. To replace fragmented spreadsheets and enable Privacy by Design and cross-team collaboration, GVC Group selected OneTrust and deployed modules including Assessment Automation, Data Mapping, DataGuidance, Vendor Risk Management and Cookie Management.

OneTrust delivered a centralized privacy platform—using Assessment Automation for DPIAs and bespoke assessments, Data Mapping for clear records, Vendor Risk Management for contract and audit workflows, and DataGuidance for up‑to‑date regulatory research—providing greater visibility, faster report production and smoother audits. As a result, GVC Group reduced the time to produce compliance reports (supporting Article 30 ROPA), improved vendor controls and auditor access, and made privacy operational and top of mind across the organization.
