Carrefour Group, a global retail leader serving over 120 million customers and more than 80 million loyalty cardholders across 30+ countries, faced the challenge of collecting and maintaining vast volumes of customer preferences while complying with differing privacy laws. To deliver consistent transparency and choice, Carrefour Group partnered with OneTrust and deployed the OneTrust Consent & Preference Management Trust Domain, including the Consent & Preference Management and Mobile App Consent modules.

OneTrust provided a centralized consent management platform rolled out across more than 160 websites and 30 mobile apps in markets such as France, Spain, Italy, Brazil, Argentina and Taiwan, centralizing captured consents and preferences and standardizing the customer experience. The OneTrust implementation often took less than a week, helped Carrefour Group meet regulatory deadlines (including CNIL guidance), and supported improved opt-in rates and consistent consent practices across the business.
