TSG Group, a Paris‑based energy distribution network operator serving 30 countries and more than 40,000 gas stations, was struggling with fragmented finance systems. Their legacy stack (SAP BOFC feeding Hyperion Essbase and multiple GL/ERP sources) caused data latency, end‑of‑life components, reliance on third‑party support and limited visibility for management and subsidiaries.

Working with implementation partner Inplenion, TSG consolidated statutory, management and consolidation reporting onto the unified OneStream CPM platform. The migration eliminated the previous reporting delays, delivered real‑time updates and deeper insight across entities, enabled subsidiary controllers to model detailed budgets, and streamlined finance operations — with plans to extend OneStream to budgeting and planning.
