Grupo Traxión is a leading Mexican transportation and logistics company formed through multiple acquisitions and operating 32 legal entities with different ERPs. Reliant on Excel for consolidation, the company faced inconsistent data, error-prone month-end processes, limited visibility into business segments and weak internal controls that hindered timely analysis and decision-making.

Partnering with Outliers, Grupo Traxión implemented OneStream Cloud in a six-month phase to unify multiple data sources into a single chart of accounts, enable drill-back to transactions, and deploy MarketPlace tools like Guided Reporting and Task Manager. The modern CPM platform created a single source of truth for 65 users, shortened the financial close from five days to two–three days, improved reporting transparency and auditability, and strengthened internal controls and intercompany reconciliation.
