Toll Group, a Japan Post–owned logistics and freight-forwarding business with about 20,000 employees operating across 50 countries, faced a fragmented, costly Oracle Hyperion/EPM landscape with end-of-support looming. The finance team needed a single, cloud-enabled consolidation and reporting platform to centralise statutory consolidation, improve governance, reduce integrations and eliminate time-consuming, error-prone month‑end processes.

Working with implementation partner James & Monroe, Toll migrated consolidation, statutory and management reporting plus budgeting and forecasting to OneStream on MS Azure. The unified platform improved data quality, accuracy and timeliness of reporting, eliminated much manual Excel handling, standardised budgeting via Extensible Dimensionality®, and reduced IT and third‑party support costs; Toll is now piloting additional OneStream MarketPlace solutions to extend value further.
