Terreal is a global industrial building-materials group (3,300+ employees across 33 sites, ~€626M pro‑forma 2020 revenue) that faced rapid change from restructuring and acquisitions. The group struggled with fragmented reporting—multiple ERPs, Excel and legacy tools—making consolidation slow, costly and inconsistent and prompting a need for greater agility, cost control and reliable operational tracking.

Working with implementation partner Nell’Armonia, Terreal deployed OneStream to unify financial consolidation, reporting and operational planning—moving monthly reporting onto OneStream in early 2020 and connecting to each entity’s ERP. The platform accelerated and automated data collection, improved data integrity and sales/control over a 50,000‑product catalog, reduced maintenance and personnel costs, and delivered faster, more accurate group reporting with scope to expand forecasting and IFRS conversion.
