Team Industrial Services, a Houston-based provider of specialty industrial services with more than $1B in revenue, 7,000+ employees and 220 branch locations worldwide, faced a scaling problem in 2016: a large acquisition outstripped their MS Dynamics AX and Excel-based consolidation process. The company needed a more powerful, scalable financial consolidation and reporting solution to handle multiple GL systems, many entities and multiple currencies.

Team selected OneStream Cloud and went live with financial consolidation and reporting in November 2016 (seven months from purchase), followed by budgeting/forecasting in May 2017 and rapid cash-flow reporting in March 2017. The implementation connected to major GLs, supported 1,031 entities and 32 currencies, and added MarketPlace solutions for People Planning and Account Reconciliations. Results included streamlined consolidation and reporting, 85% automated cash flow (75% faster), reduced IT burden, measurable time and cost savings, and more finance time for value‑added analysis.
