SunStream Business Services is a managed IT provider supporting Farm Credit institutions across a 15-state region, delivering technology and financial services to AgriBank, Farm Credit Associations and related entities. The company was running an aging on‑premise Oracle Hyperion system that was going out of service, expensive to maintain, and reliant on disjointed Excel processes—putting customers’ access to financial data and reporting at risk and prompting a need for a cloud-based, modern EPM solution.

SunStream selected OneStream, with implementation by eCapital Advisors, to replace Hyperion for consolidation, reporting and planning across SunStream and its 13 customer bases. The unified cloud platform and OneStream’s Extensible Dimensionality® streamlined administration, reduced multiple instances and spreadsheets, secured customer-level data access, and sped analysis and close cycles; training and phased rollout ensured a smooth migration and positioned SunStream for further expansion and reconciliation/transaction-matching enhancements.
