SULO Group, a leading European manufacturer of waste and recycling bin systems with operations across Europe and internationally, became a standalone company after a spin-off from Plastic Omnium and needed a new corporate performance management (CPM) solution under tight time constraints. Facing a one‑year transition on Oracle HFM and months to stand up their own reporting, the finance team wanted to avoid heavy change management and improve usability, consolidation and reporting capabilities that their HFM environment made cumbersome.

SULO selected OneStream with implementation partner Klee Performance and deployed the solution in Azure, becoming the first customer to use OneStream’s French Starter Kit and going live on consolidation, financial and HR reporting in four months. The unified cloud platform improved data integration, intercompany matching, report accuracy and real‑time publishing, reduced reliance on Excel, saved build time by preserving metadata, and set the stage for Phase 2 (dashboards, budgeting, HSE and capex reporting).
