Smart Wires, a global leader in grid‑enhancing technology headquartered in Research Triangle Park, was hampered by manual, Excel‑based financial processes that produced multiple versions of the truth, long budget cycles and SOX compliance risks. Preparing budgets and workforce plans took weeks, data was disconnected and forecasting and reporting were slow and error‑prone.

Working with implementation partner KTX Solutions, Smart Wires moved to OneStream with a direct NetSuite integration plus Guided Reporting and People Planning, using guided workflows and dashboards to unify planning, forecasting and reporting.
