Royo Group, a Valencia-based European leader in bathroom furniture manufacturing, faced rising complexity after organic growth and acquisitions. The company relied on hundreds of disparate Excel spreadsheets and legacy systems across multiple countries, which made consolidation, budgeting and reporting slow, error-prone and lacking an integrated, on-demand planning process.

Working with CIS Consulting, Royo Group implemented OneStream’s unified cloud CPM platform to replace spreadsheets and legacy tools, standardize budgeting, and automate the monthly close (including product volume, mix and price calculations) with full traceability of assumptions. The change delivered faster, more detailed management and financial reporting, eliminated 130 pages of spreadsheets, improved control over subsidiaries, and created a scalable foundation for strategic planning, M&A scenarios and treasury forecasting.
