Renewi is a leading waste-to-product business formed by a 2017 merger, operating across the Benelux, UK, France and Portugal with ~7,000 employees and >€1.8B in revenue. After the merger Renewi faced fragmented reporting from two legacy CPM systems (Infor PM10 and Longview) and six main data sources, which made consolidation, intercompany reconciliation and budgeting highly manual, slow and error-prone—creating an urgent need for a unified, future-proof reporting solution.

Renewi implemented OneStream with Concentric Solutions to create a single CPM platform with shared dimensions, direct data loads, guided workflows and automated intercompany eliminations. Phase 1 delivered management reporting on time and on budget; consolidation time fell from four days to one–two, month-end visibility and auditability improved, and the finance organization gained a single source of truth and streamlined integrations—enabling plans to expand OneStream into forecasting, IFRS 16 and account reconciliation.
