Prince is a Houston‑based manufacturer of performance‑critical chemical additives with about 1,300 employees and $600M in revenue, operating processing centers and sales offices across six continents. Rapid growth through 18 acquisitions left the company with more than 25 entities using multiple ERPs (IFS, Ross, SAP) and manual Excel® workbooks for consolidation, causing poor controls, data quality and currency‑translation issues and a lengthy 20‑day close.

Prince partnered with AIT to implement OneStream, going live with financial consolidation and reporting in three months and adding budgeting, automated exchange‑rate interfaces, cash‑flow and a customer/product profitability cube. The unified platform automated nightly data loads, enabled drill‑back to ERP transactions, and became the single source of truth—reducing the close to six days, improving variance analysis, budgeting and forecasting, and delivering faster, more detailed financial and management reporting.
