McCain Foods is a global frozen-food manufacturer (22,000 employees, sales in 160+ countries) that relied on legacy consolidation systems and more than a decade on SAP BPC. With BPC stagnating, Microsoft-version support ending, no built-in dashboarding and no lease accounting for upcoming IFRS 16 requirements, McCain needed a single, finance-centric platform to improve visibility and shorten its month-end close.

Working with Performance Analytics and Agium EPM, McCain migrated to OneStream Cloud in seven months, extending the chart of accounts to source-GL level and using Direct Connect to SAP for daily/on-demand loads. The unified solution manages 5,000 leases, supports consolidation, reporting and analytics, and cut the close from six to four days, reduced regional data loads from up to six hours to 20 minutes, and now serves ~300 users loading ~3 million records per month.
