Huisman, a global designer and manufacturer of heavy offshore equipment, faced fragmented finance and project-reporting systems across multiple countries—mixing a Dutch ERP, local ERPs, and Excel—leading to mismatched data, limited management reporting, and difficulty tracking large contracts and project performance.

Working with implementation partner Finit Solutions, Huisman deployed OneStream Cloud to create a unified CPM platform. By consolidating roughly 90% of project data, the company gained one trusted source of truth, improved forecasting and capacity planning, and moved from monthly to weekly (and soon daily) reporting with 50+ reports available to 100+ business users—resulting in more auditable data, faster insights, and fewer surprises in contract and financial results.
