Henniges Automotive, a global supplier of sealing systems and anti-vibration components with 7,700 employees, faced fragmented financial processes using Hyperion Enterprise, Hyperion Retrieve, a custom SQL database and manual Excel uploads. The company needed a single, maintainable solution to handle consolidation, reporting, forecasting and deeper visibility into customer- and product-level profitability.

Working with implementation partner Finit, Henniges implemented OneStream to unite financial consolidation, planning and a detailed profitability “cube” that harmonizes GL and non‑GL part-level data, automates integrations and guided workflows. The move replaced disparate systems, sped data collection (from day 16 to day 4), enabled more frequent reporting, improved internal controls and audit trails, automated intercompany eliminations and delivered clearer product/customer profitability insights for management.
