Exclusive Networks is a global cybersecurity specialist operating in 43 countries with around 80 legal entities and €3.3 billion in 2021 revenue. Rapid international growth and an impending IPO forced the group to transition to IFRS, bring consolidation back in‑house, and modernize monthly reporting, budgeting and forecasting — all under severe time constraints and with teams working remotely during the pandemic.

Exclusive Networks selected OneStream, implemented with Klee Performance and Grant Thornton, using a preconfigured starter kit to accelerate delivery. The project moved from contract to live in four months (May–Sept 2021), training about 100 users remotely, and delivered a unified IFRS/French GAAP consolidation, faster reporting and improved workflow — enabling the IPO timetable and paving the way for tax, budget and forecast extensions.
