Accell Group is a Netherlands‑based maker of bicycles, parts and accessories — including brands like Haibike, Koga and Raleigh — with about 3,500 employees across 15 countries and sales in more than 80 countries. Facing growing stakeholder pressure and impending EU CSRD requirements, Accell struggled with decentralized, year‑end ESG reporting managed in Excel, which was time‑consuming, hard to audit and disconnected from financial consolidation.
