United States Air Force modernizes 3 Test Integration Labs with OneSpring

The United States Air Force needed to create an Enterprise Portal and a unified user interface for its Test Integration Labs, a complex project with minimal commercial precedent to reference. OneSpring partnered with SAIC to address this challenge, which involved enabling efficient direct purchasing and providing features like dashboards and a service catalog.

OneSpring implemented a Lean UX methodology, conducting daily working sessions and building a design system using Material UI and the US Web Design System. This solution provided the Air Force with wireframes, high-fidelity mocks, and an interactive roadmap delivered on schedule. OneSpring also introduced UX best practices and recommended design tooling, enabling employees and external customers to find and purchase supplies more efficiently.
