Tallo launches on time in under six months with OneSpring

Tallo, a Stride platform, needed to design and launch a comprehensive web application to connect students, educators, and employers within a challenging six-month timeline and with incomplete initial requirements. The challenge for OneSpring was to create two distinct, seamless user experiences for these groups while specifically appealing to a Gen Z audience.

OneSpring employed a human-centered design approach using Figma, creating detailed user personas and running one-week agile sprints to visualize requirements and build prototypes. This process enabled the team to launch the Tallo platform on schedule. The result was a successful, intuitive, and responsive web app that provides students with career exploration tools and gives educators and employers robust management features, all within a single platform. OneSpring continues to provide ongoing UX support to ensure the platform's success.
