Teamdrive Secures Access to Its Cloudbased Platform

TeamDrive, a provider of Zero Knowledge Enterprise File Sync and Share solutions, faced growing requests from customers to harden access to its cloud platform and web portal against rising cybercrime. Seeking strong, user-friendly authentication for browser access, TeamDrive evaluated vendors and selected OneSpan, deploying OneSpan’s Mobile Authenticator and Digipass GO series to add a second authentication factor.

OneSpan implemented two‑factor authentication across TeamDrive’s cloud platform and web portal, guiding TeamDrive through a smooth integration and providing strong technical support. The deployment delivered the expected security uplift—protecting sensitive customer data and meeting client demands (notably Eppendorf)—by replacing insecure browser-only access with OneSpan two‑factor authentication.
