Qatargas Secures Corporate Network Access

Qatargas, a global LNG producer with remote offices and on- and offshore plants, needed a secure remote access solution to let employees and contractors reach corporate applications without compromising data integrity. OneSpan was chosen to address this challenge, offering strong authentication through Digipass GO 6 hardware tokens, the OneSpan Authentication Server framework, and OneSpan Mobile Authenticator Studio for mobile devices, integrated with Qatargas’ Citrix MetaFrame environment.

OneSpan implemented Digipass GO 6 tokens and the OneSpan Authentication Server plus mobile authenticators integrated into Citrix Secure Gateway/MetaFrame, creating a single, secure access point to the corporate network. The solution delivers time-based one‑time passwords (expire after 32 seconds), mobile authentication for overseas staff, seamless Active Directory/RADIUS integration, a smooth rollout with no measured downtime, and improved productivity through secure anywhere/anytime access — demonstrating OneSpan’s reliable, easy-to-manage strong-authentication impact.
