Leading Bank needed to enable mobile e-signatures for business clients to support two urgent treasury management processes, allowing customers to sign from anywhere outside the bank’s firewall. With a tight deadline and existing on‑premises e-signature tooling unable to meet the schedule, the bank turned to OneSpan and its OneSpan Sign cloud service for a faster, mobile-ready option.

OneSpan integrated OneSpan Sign with the bank’s small business portal in about two days, converting paper forms to e-forms, building the UI, customizing email notifications, enforcing signer workflows, adding simple authentication and XML export to backend systems. The OneSpan solution produced immediate signed authorizations, cut turnaround from days or weeks to roughly five minutes per signature, reduced abandonment, improved small-business cash flow, and was delivered under budget with minimal IT involvement.
