Jyske Bank Protects Its Corporte Network With Onespan Authentication

Jyske Bank, Denmark’s third-largest bank with more than 3,500 employees, needed to secure remote access to its corporate network for staff working from home while keeping authentication easy to use and simple to integrate with its existing IBM Tivoli Access Manager and WebSEAL environment. To meet these requirements, Jyske Bank selected OneSpan’s Digipass GO 3 tokens together with the OneSpan Authentication Server Framework.

OneSpan integrated its Authentication Server Framework as a library into Jyske Bank’s existing infrastructure and deployed Digipass GO 3 for out‑of‑band OTP authentication, completing the rollout in about three weeks. The OneSpan solution removed the need for separate authentication servers (saving two servers), lowered costs and operational risk, reduced potential downtime, and delivered smooth client- and server-side operation while meeting the bank’s security and integration goals.
