How E-signatures Helped A Major Hospital Improve Efficiency

Grand Hopital de Charleroi, a five‑site Belgian hospital with 4,400 employees and over 400,000 patient consultations a year, struggled with slow paper approvals: managers were often in meetings or spread across buildings, internal mail could take a week to obtain signatures, and the IT team’s single administrative assistant had to coordinate roughly 1,000 documents annually.
