Bank Selects Flexible Security Solutions Best Suited to Customers

AGBank, one of Azerbaijan’s leading banks, needed secure online and mobile banking that could vary by customer type and transaction risk while providing load balancing and redundant authentication. To meet this challenge AGBank selected OneSpan and deployed a mix of OneSpan products including Digipass 250, Digipass 275, Digipass GO6, OneSpan Mobile Authenticator Studio and the OneSpan Authentication Server.

OneSpan implemented a segmented authentication approach—hardware tokens for high-value users, Digipass GO6 for low-value transactions, and mobile authentication for younger users—backed by the OneSpan Authentication Server and Professional Services-led integration. The deployment delivered a high level of security, a well-received, easy-to-use design that encouraged user adoption, built-in load balancing and redundancy, and a low total cost of ownership, while providing a flexible, future-proof server for broader access control.
