With OneSignal, Kyivstar built dynamic real-time segments, automated messages around billing and account events, and created in-app education flows for new features and product changes. The results included a 10% increase in monthly active users, a 50% increase in revenue-generating transactions, up to 10 million UAH in incremental monthly growth from top-up notifications, and a 10% lift in overall mobile communication service revenue.
