Kinsta Gets More Paying Customers with Bi-Weekly Push Notifications

Kinsta, a cloud infrastructure company, wanted another way to reach readers immediately after publishing tutorials and to grow traffic and subscribers, especially as browser restrictions made popups less effective. They turned to OneSignal, using its Web Push notifications and WordPress plugin to add push support to their site and blog.

With OneSignal, Kinsta set up web push in about 15 minutes and began sending notifications about twice per week. The result was a higher-quality traffic source with better session duration, lower bounce rates, and a push conversion rate of 2.5%; within less than 3 months, push had become Kinsta’s third-highest organic traffic source, helping increase leads, customers, and subscription revenue.
