Evino, a leading South American wine e-commerce app based in São Paulo, wanted to boost engagement and revenue from its mobile and web channels. To do that, it partnered with OneSignal, using push notifications as a key part of its marketing strategy to reach customers with timely, relevant offers.

With OneSignal’s push notifications, personalization, segmentation, rich notifications, A/B testing, and automated birthday messages, Evino optimized campaigns by location and user behavior. The results were strong: push notifications drove about 1,800 orders per week, accounted for 8% of total revenue from app push, and added another 3–5% of monthly revenue from web push, helping Evino increase revenue by 12%.
