With OneSignal’s Journey tool, b-sharpe automated push notifications, emails, in-app messages, and SMS in one place, while also running one-shot campaigns. The company uses push to drive transactions, and email plus in-app messaging to promote offers and content. The case study does not report a specific revenue or conversion uplift, but it does note b-sharpe’s sizable messaging reach through OneSignal: 3.5k push subscribers, 38k email subscribers, and 31k SMS subscribers.
