PURE (Privilege Underwriters Reciprocal Exchange) is a member-owned insurer serving high‑net‑worth individuals and families that needed a flexible, secure policy administration platform to support rapid national expansion, reduce manual processes, and meet diverse agent and member preferences for policy and billing delivery. To achieve this, PURE partnered with OneShield and implemented OneShield Policy to integrate e-delivery, e-signature and other core system connections.

OneShield configured OneShield Policy workflows and integrated partners (including LexisNexis) to deliver on-demand printing, secure electronic delivery, Auto Pre-Fill and Agent Endorsement capabilities. The results: e-delivery and e-signature were integrated in six months; Auto Pre-Fill was delivered in under 65 days, cutting auto quote time from 15–20 minutes to about 3 minutes; endorsement entry time fell by 60% with many endorsements completed in under an hour; book of business grew more than 40% year‑over‑year without added policy‑issuance resources; hundreds of thousands of pages were saved and secure email delivery now costs less than $0.25.
