Red and White Fleet, a San Francisco cruise operator, was bogged down by paper‑based timekeeping and manual payroll processes that required HR to spend up to a day each week converting timesheets and fixing errors. To address these issues they partnered with OnePoint Human Capital Management and implemented OnePoint HCM All‑in‑One Human Capital Management Software to replace paper time cards, leave requests and manual payroll steps.
OnePoint Human Capital Management deployed its single‑platform HCM with biometric time clocks to automate time and labor, breaks, declared tips, PTO and payroll data flow. The automation eliminated hours of review and approval, reduced payroll processing time, improved meal/rest break and scheduling compliance, and saved about $500 per month ($6,000 per year) in administrative costs; biometric clocks also curbed payroll inflation. Red and White Fleet subsequently completed the full OnePoint suite to automate recruiting, onboarding, benefits enrollment and performance reviews, gaining additional efficiencies.
