Case Study: World Triathlon streamlines triathlon event planning with OnePlan Events

World Triathlon’s customised version of OnePlan, available for all triathlon planners

World Triathlon, the governing body for triathlon, needed a better way to plan and manage its complex international events. To streamline planning for Local Organising Committees and reduce reliance on generic mapping tools, it partnered with OnePlan Events and used a customised version of the OnePlan platform for triathlon event planning.

OnePlan Events delivered the “OnePlan for Triathlons” solution, including a tailored “Triathlons pack” for mapping, 3D mock-ups, barrier placement, and collaborative event design. The result was faster and lower-cost planning for World Triathlon’s 28 annual events, improved coordination across stakeholders, and easier, safer delivery of events in major cities and new regions.
