Stadium, a UK-based security solutions company, needed a better way to manage event safety, traffic, crowd control, and road closures for complex city events. Before adopting OnePlan, its team relied on clunky CAD tools and time-consuming PowerPoint-based map creation, which made traffic management planning slow and difficult to train on.

Using OnePlan’s traffic management platform and custom whitelabel solution, Stadium was able to build and update maps quickly with drag-and-drop functionality, route overlays, signage, and closure visualizations. For Coventry Moves, OnePlan helped Stadium manage 400 individual closures, 7 procession routes, 12 hours of traffic closures, and 110 stakeholders, while cutting planning time from over 200 hours to 75 and reducing map creation from about a day to just 2 hours for eight maps.
