Migo consolidates customer experience through embedded accounts for borrowers

Migo partnered with OnePipe to simplify the loan repayment experience for borrowers in Nigeria. The challenge was to consolidate customer experience and reduce friction for repeat borrowers by using standardized, partner-bank APIs through OnePipe’s gateway.

Using OnePipe’s API gateway, Migo opened embedded accounts for customers at repayment time and enabled seamless movement of funds into Migo’s account. The solution delivered a secure, convenient, end-to-end repayment flow, while also giving customers reusable utility accounts; the result was improved customer intimacy, lower transaction costs, and better credit data for Migo to assess borrowing capacity.
