Leading National Wireless Service Providing Company needed to upgrade the wireless network across 400 nationwide home improvement stores on a strict, customer-defined timeline. To meet this challenge, it worked with Onepath on a full-service wireless upgrade using deployed services, including project management, CPE configuration, shipping, SIM activation, and installation.

Onepath managed the project end to end—from planning and piloting through ramp-up and completion—while also optimizing device placement and testing signal strength to improve WAN performance. The results were strong: 86% of locations were completed in a 30-day push, 70–80 routers were configured and shipped per day, and Onepath achieved 94% carrier coverage at all devices, all while delivering on time.
