Cisco partnered with OneMob to launch “Using Video to Sell Video,” an initiative aimed at making outreach more personal for its global virtual selling team. Cisco needed a better way to sell its video collaboration tools while improving engagement across prospecting, account management, event follow-up, and internal updates.
OneMob’s video and voice messaging platform was deployed in 36 countries, enabling Cisco reps to send branded, trackable personal videomails. The results were strong: email click-through rates reached 46% and response rates rose to 10%, helping Cisco increase customer engagement, build trust, and create more revenue opportunities.
