VInet Technology Solutions, an Adelaide-based IT services firm, became the managed services partner for Beston Global Food Company (BFC) after helping the fast-growing food and beverage company identify critical security gaps. BFC faced consolidated legacy systems from multiple acquisitions, a sudden shift to remote work that increased VPN use, and sophisticated phishing attacks that nearly led to large fraudulent payments; a Big Four cyber assessment also flagged missing malware protection, outdated Windows, inconsistent password policies, and no multi-factor authentication (MFA).

VInet implemented OneLogin Protect with Single Sign‑On and MFA, piloting with four users and rolling out to ~300 employees in about two weeks, using granular shared logins so different employee types could access resources easily. The deployment reduced email breaches, prevented potential fraud worth hundreds of thousands of dollars, restored trust in communications, streamlined secure access to Microsoft 365 and other apps, and is being extended to the VPN and cloud SAP migration to centralize and harden access across the business.
