Familia Dental, a fast-growing dental group serving about 450,000 patients across 40+ locations, faced an urgent challenge when COVID-19 forced most offices to close. Partnering with ReadyNetworks, Familia Dental deployed OneLogin’s Remote Desktop Gateway, SSO, MFA and Unified Cloud Directory with ReadyNetworks’ managed services and RDG workflows. Within 30 days hundreds of users (700 total) were securely accessing on‑premise and SaaS apps via thin clients without VPNs, reducing help-desk tickets, strengthening security, saving tens of thousands of dollars per month, and creating a scalable foundation for cloud migration and ongoing digital transformation.
