Case Study: Nine Entertainment Company achieves secure, seamless app access and faster SaaS rollouts with OneLogin

A OneLogin Case Study

Preview of the Nine Entertainment Company Case Study

Quickly Adopting and Enabling SaaS Applications, Even During a Major Merger

Nine Entertainment Company, Australia’s largest locally owned media group, inherited Fairfax Media during a $4.3 billion merger and faced a growing identity challenge: Fairfax’s homegrown SSO and MFA were hard to maintain, MFA enrollment was painful for users, and each new SaaS app required manual Active Directory integration, slowing rollouts and burdening a small IT team.

Nine selected OneLogin and rapidly implemented a unified directory, real-time AD sync, network-aware MFA, Desktop SSO and 200+ out-of-the-box connectors to about 50 apps. The deployment now supports ~6,550 users, delivers seamless single sign-on and adaptive SmartFactor Authentication to reduce friction, enables self-service MFA enrollment, speeds app rollout, and lets a two-person tech team manage identity across the organization.
