Muhlenberg College Uses OneLogin Single Sign-On for Tactical, Strategic Wins

Muhlenberg College, a private liberal arts college in Pennsylvania serving about 3,300 users (2,300 students and 1,000 faculty and staff), needed to roll out new cloud apps quickly but found its legacy LDAP system and limited IT staff couldn’t meet the demand. The college wanted a centralized SSO portal and SAML-based authentication to improve usability and automate provisioning for apps like G Suite, Canvas, Samanage, Lynda.com and Qualtrics.

Muhlenberg deployed OneLogin for SSO, SAML, password management and granular role-based access, gaining fast time-to-deploy and close vendor partnership. Within months ten apps were on OneLogin, password-reset calls dropped, provisioning to G Suite and other services became automated, campus access scaled easily, and the college gained a strategic, future-ready authentication platform.
