SOTI Inc., a mobile enterprise management vendor with 700+ users in 12 countries, faced growing pains as headcount and SaaS adoption surged: IT was spending hours each week on manual onboarding and offboarding, struggled to secure remote access to both cloud and legacy on‑prem web apps with multi‑factor authentication, and did not want the operational burden of maintaining ADFS on‑premise.
