reed.co.uk, the UK’s #1 job site serving more than 3.6 million jobseekers a month, set out to replace legacy HR, finance and email systems with a browser-first strategy so staff could access all business apps through a web browser. This created a challenge: employees faced credential sprawl across SAP ByDesign, Salesforce, Google Apps, Jive and other services, increasing security risk (weak/reused passwords) and complicating onboarding, offboarding and BYOD access for a largely non-technical workforce.

Reed selected OneLogin (after evaluating Ping and Okta) and paired it with AirWatch for MDM, integrating OneLogin with their cloud apps to provide single sign-on, granular access controls and faster provisioning.
