Global Real Estate Company Synchronizes Multinational Directory Infrastructure to the Cloud

A global real estate company with more than 25,000 employees operating in 35 countries faced a directory challenge: it needed to synchronize 5,000 users from 15 domains — including custom profile fields and manager relationships — into Jive as a global intranet, but existing tools couldn't preserve the rich AD hierarchy and attributes.

OneLogin built a Jive connector and extended its AD Connector, UI, core system and provisioning engine to support employee hierarchies, mapped custom fields, and connected each country’s AD; within a week the rollout was live and users began syncing to Jive in real time. The result: 15 countries now synchronize enriched profiles and manager/employee relationships with seamless SSO, enabling faster onboarding of additional cloud apps and improved operational scalability.
