DPG Media Overcomes SaaS Surge with OneLogin

DPG Media, a Belgian-based print and digital media group that expanded from 1,000 to 6,500 employees through acquisitions, was struggling with rapidly proliferating SaaS adoption across its 10,000-user environment. As a third of its corporate apps moved to the cloud, identity and access management became fragmented—each app used different identity solutions—creating complexity around provisioning, deprovisioning and aligning on-premise and cloud protocols.

After evaluating Google, Okta and OneLogin, DPG Media chose OneLogin’s IDaaS with adaptive MFA and AWS console integration to centralize access, automate provisioning/deprovisioning and secure user access based on location, device and time. The deployment enabled teams to be up and running in under 30 minutes, successfully migrated authentication for 400 engineers across 40+ AWS accounts, and consolidated corporate and SaaS applications into a single, scalable IAM platform.
