Curve Improves the Employee Experience with HR-Driven Identity Enabled by OneLogin and BetterCloud

Curve, a fast-growing London fintech founded in 2016 that unifies multiple cards and accounts into one smart card and app, faced a scaling challenge: rapid hiring (5–10 starters weekly) and a lean IT team meant onboarding, provisioning, and offboarding were manual, time-consuming, and error-prone—especially after the shift to remote work—creating a backlog of support tickets and slowing strategic work.

Curve implemented OneLogin and BetterCloud, integrated with HR as the source of truth (Hibob), to automate HR-driven identity, SSO, and in‑app workflows. The integration cut onboarding from about 15 minutes to 1–2 minutes, automated 99% of onboarding/offboarding, made offboarding roughly ten times faster, improved app visibility and security, and freed IT to focus on higher-value projects.
