Consort Medical, a global CDMO of more than 2,200 employees across 11 European sites, faced fragmented IT processes that couldn’t scale with growth. The company needed to standardize service delivery, reduce the IT service desk burden, and provide secure, company-wide self-service access to enable further expansion and collaboration.
Consort implemented Remedyforce for service‑desk automation and OneLogin for SSO and Active Directory‑backed provisioning, enabling role‑based access control and automated user sync. The one‑day rollout cut password resets and service‑desk time, delivered faster onboarding/offboarding to meet compliance and audit requirements, and unlocked the ability to roll out additional SaaS apps (HR, quality, Office 365) more efficiently.
