Wheatley Group, which covers 12 local authority areas across Central Scotland and provides homes and services to over 100,000 people, needed to enhance internal communications and wanted digital signage to achieve this. Wheatley Group selected ONELAN digital signage to create a consistent, engaging communications channel across its offices, customer-facing sites and residential locations.
ONELAN installed screens across seven offices for internal communications, 25 customer-facing locations, a shop at Trongate, a feature video wall in the main foyer, call-centre and cafeteria displays, and residential-area screens, with two screens in each floor foyer and content channels updated every two weeks. The ONELAN solution reduced reliance on mass internal emails, increased staff engagement (notably at the Environmental Depot), and enabled timely, targeted messaging to customers and residents while centralizing content management for Wheatley Group.
