Virgin Holidays - Customer Case Study

Virgin Holidays (alongside Virgin Atlantic) moved into a new 110,000 sq ft shared HQ in 2016 and needed a more scalable, easier-to-update digital signage system to improve employee engagement and control content across their estate. After a trial with accredited partner Avensys, they selected ONELAN and deployed ONELAN’s virtual CMS, Digital Signage Manager (DSM) and ONELAN 4K NTB players to remove onsite servers and centralize content distribution.

ONELAN’s solution powers a 58” reception video wall, an 84” NEC display, four NEC wayfinding touchscreens, roughly 30 screens across the Crawley site and 10 in the Swansea contact centre, supporting over 50 channels with hourly (or on-demand) updates. The DSM provides proof of playback for advertisers, a ‘must play’ folder for priority messaging, location-tagged content and faster upload/delivery times, significantly streamlining communications and ad reporting for Virgin Holidays.
