Swiss German International School - Customer Case Study

German Swiss International School (GSIS), one of Hong Kong’s leading international schools with over 1,300 students, faced an inefficient process for updating daily announcements, schedules and activity information across its primary and secondary campuses. GSIS selected ONELAN digital signage to address requirements for an easy-to-use CMS, multi-zonal displays, ad-hoc departmental uploads and centralized control of layouts.

ONELAN deployed six NTB devices (1x NTB650 mini publisher and 5x NTB650 mini subscribers) across the campus, displaying timetables, event photos, student work and targeted channels for kindergarten, primary and secondary levels (including screens in lobbies and teaching areas). The ONELAN solution met and exceeded GSIS’s needs: staff can update content regularly via a simple CMS, create multiple level-specific channels, and substantially reduce the time previously spent managing school communications.
